Congratulations to all those who took part for the club, in the Leinster Senior XC in Kilmacow, Kilkenny on Sunday.
In the womens race Aoife Brady led her teammates to victory taking the bronze medal. Well done to all the womens team who packed well to beat the competition. Bring on the national seniors.
The mens team also had a great day and took the bronze team prize. The team was bolstered by a great run from Paul Duffy and a the comeback king Ronan Merrick.
Conditions were perfect for cross country. Full results aree posted on the Athletics Leinster website and shown below. Some pictures to follow also.
