Map 2 – Cross Country Training Phoenix Park – Saturday Mornings

Meet and Park as usual at the small car park opposite the pedestrian entrance to the zoo.
Warm up as a group jogging to the training start point. The club trains at different locations on Saturdays in the Park, you’ll be directed by Emily each Saturday where to go so don’t be late!

Map 3 – Cross Country Training Kiltipper – Saturday Mornings

Meet and Park at the small car park opposite the Old Mill pub in Tallaght.
Warm up as a group jogging to the training start point.

Map 4 – Tallaght Track Training Location – Saturday Mornings
Track training at Tallaght AC on Saturday mornings 9am during the Spring/Summer.
This is for all club members and abilities.
Sessions are coached just like Tuesday or Thursday evenings.
Great for improving fitness or if you miss a weekday training session.
No cost – club pay the track fees for all members.
Coffee and cake after!

Map 5 – The Phoenix Park 17K loop – Sunday Mornings
The Sunday morning run starts from the visitor’s center cafe. A relatively flat 17K course primarily on grass. The route can be easily shortened or extended depending on ability. There will typically be a group meeting for coffee after the run.

Map 6 – The Waterworks, Bohernabreena Reservoirs – Sunday Mornings 

Red Route: A hilly 10 miler, see the Strava profile below.
Run all on roads around the Bohernabreena reservoirs.
Meeting and start point is at the small shopping centre car park opposite the old mill pub in Tallaght.
This is also a traditional St. Stephans Day morning run…yes its the truth!

Orange Route: A flatter 5 mile route alongside the reservoirs.
Park at front gate as marked on map. Run through the middle to the back gate and return.

Approx 4km pace run/time trial.

Occasional Saturday hill work training session, meet at the car park.
