Sportsworlds AGM is on Tuesday April 26th at 8pm.
It will be held straight after training in the clubhouse.
All club members are expected to attend. Its a great opportunity to voice your opinion on club matters.
The draft agenda and constitutional changes to be voted on the night have been emailed to all club members that have paid their 2016 fees. Only these registered members can vote on the night.
There will be an explanation of the amendments at the AGM BUT please familiarise yourself with the email and attachments in order to facilitate a meaningful discussion/debate before voting!
If you have a motion or motion amendment that you would like to propose for the AGM, please provide details to club secretary Kevin Curran by Friday 15/04/2016.
One or two of us may even bake something for the evening that’s in it!
